We love that our Neighborhood Collection resonates with people from various places. It is impossible for us to create a jersey for every single neighborhood. We go where there is demand.
Yes! You can campaign for your neighborhood to have its own limited release launch. Be sure to share the “Add My Neighborhood” campaign. You need 50 people to join the campaign to add that specific neighborhood in order for us to release a limited production of your neighborhood
We’re expanding all the time. The next cities on our radar to launch our Neighborhood
Collection are Miami, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Chicago. However, we follow the people. Share the “Add My City” campaign with others so that we know where to launch next.
The number on the jersey is based on how many championships the sports team has.
In the future we hope to add the customization of names but we are not there yet!

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are clearly labeled on our website. A pre-order means your item is made specifically for you. Orders are placed in advance, produced in limited runs, and shipped after production finishes.
Production for your pre-order item starts on the 15th of each month. That means if you place on or after the 15th of the month your order goes into production the following month.
Production typically takes 4-5 weeks starting the 15th of the month.
Again, production takes about 4-5 weeks starting the 15th of the month. Once the order is shipped to our fulfillment center it takes about 2-3 days to input the inventory and ship it out to the customer. You will receive a tracking number when your order is being processed to ship.
We understand the frustration of having to wait for your item. We are a small business and from a logistical standpoint it would be impossible to keep every neighborhood in every size in our inventory.

Our pre-order model allows us to continue to offer a wide variety of neighborhoods at the quality we strive for. We have tried a few other ways to get the items to customers faster but none of them met our quality standards. With our current model each jersey is custom made which is why the production time is 4-5 weeks. We appreciate your patience.

As demand increases we hope to keep our most popular items in stock.
Yes, you can pay to expedite shipping for your pre-order item. However, expediting the shipping only applies once the item has arrived at the fulfillment center. We cannot expedite the
manufacturing process.
Occasionally, errors are made! We work with a small factory and mistakes do happen. We sincerely apologize if there is an error that delays your order. We know that there is much anticipation and waiting for your item. We strive to get you your item as quickly as possible that meets both yours, and ours, expectations. We will communicate with you as quickly as possible if there was an error with your order.
